辭職申請書格式

　　1、格式上與一般辭職報告一樣，通常寫給單位最高負責人。

　　第一段先寫自己在單位的職務，簡況;

　　第二段寫辭職的主要原因;

　　第三段表示遺憾和感謝，并表示以后有機會還會合作;

　　最后表示自己手頭的工作已完成可交接。

　　2、語氣要平和，不要抱怨和不滿，給將來合作留有余地。

　　3、辭職申請書最好打印，用a4規(guī)格，親自簽名，提早一周親自遞給領導并面談。
